AREVA implements Taleo for global consistency and local flexibility to support worldwide talent management initiatives

AREVA’s human resources team recently created a worldwide e-Talent initiative – a consistent global recruitment and internal mobility policy that allows each of its offices to tailor the policy to comply with local labor laws and business practices.
The goal of AREVA’s e-Talent initiative is to standardize the process of recruiting, assessing and managing the company’s workforce of 58,000 employees, while streamlining costs and strengthening the AREVA brand worldwide.
