The alliance provides Recruitsoft clients with one-click access to MagnaWare’s RezPrise™ product, which automatically processes all types of resumes—in 120 languages, including Asian multi-byte characters—and seamlessly enters them directly into a company’s back-office system. RezPrise will be available through Recruitsoft’s Recruiter WebTop application, which powers the career Web pages of large corporations.
Recruiter WebTop provides a complete business application over the Internet that supports every aspect of the corporate recruiting process, from requisition management, to complete candidate sourcing-including labor exchanges-proprietary skills-based profiling, automated candidate background checking and now, complete resume capture, regardless of source. MagnaWare’s RezPrise will process web, email, fax and scanned hardcopy resumes in any language.
RezPrise, which will work seamlessly with Recruiter WebTop, enables recruiting managers to quickly process incoming resumes from any source-including the web, email with or without attachments, fax and hardcopy-from virtually anywhere in the world, integrate the applicants immediately into human resource management systems (HRMS) and then search for qualified candidates from within the Recruiter WebTop application. Unlike poorly integrated products that require time consuming manual processes and batch processing, RezPrise gives corporate recruiters fast access to new candidates. Magnaware also offers local phone numbers in 90 cities worldwide for candidates to submit fax resumes.
