"Alice brings with her formidable experience in Internet recruiting," Mr. Lermusiaux commented. "Her intimate knowledge of the space will afford Recruitsoft the opportunity to bring specific advantages to its customers that others will be unable to match."
"Having studied Internet recruiting since its infancy, I have had the occasion to examine many business models and approaches to the human resources industry," Ms. Snell elaborated. "The Recruitsoft approach to providing an end-to-end solution which greatly improves the entire recruiting process powerfully leverages the technology and, in my opinion, will lead the evolution of the industry in the future."
Prior to joining Recruitsoft, Ms. Snell was a senior analyst at Kennedy Information, a leading information source on recruiting and human resources, where she published numerous reports on the industry, including the much-touted Recruiting Dot Com: The Impact of the Internet on Executive Search. She has been quoted in The Boston Globe, Chief Executive, The Dallas Morning News, The St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Ladies’ Home Journal, The New York Times and PC Week.
Recruitsoft’s enterprise-wide solution automates and manages virtually every aspect of recruiting, from job-posting, applicant search and pre-selection, to reaching "passive" job seekers and developing centralized candidate pools. The result is an increased probability of hiring the right candidate, and a shorter "time to contribution," the point at which a new employee actually begins contributing to a company.
Recruitsoft’s system is 100% Web-based and requires no additional software, server installation or maintenance. It can be configured easily to each company’s requirements, and billing is on a pay-per-use basis.
