Additionally, the company recently appointed Dr. Nathan Mondragon, formally of Dell, Inc. and Development Dimensions International (DDI), to senior industrial psychologist to manage the company’s retail assessment development and has also named Adam Brenner, formerly of Unicru and Ariba, as director of sales, retail services.

Staffing Stations work on and off-line
The Staffing Stations provide organizations with on-site access, specifically for walk-in candidates and capture predefined candidate data. This information is then electronically transmitted over the Internet or standard phone lines via a secure and simple interface. The on-site Staffing Stations have been designed to provide organizations with a lower cost alternative to a personal computer, have a small footprint, and can work in environments lacking Internet connectivity. Candidates can easily apply for jobs via the Staffing Station and other Recruitsoft Hourly solutions. Data collected via the Staffing Station can include validated assessments available through the ACE Assessment WebTop to help organizations predict job fit and integrate necessary steps defined as part of the process such as background checks, tax credit eligibility screening and more. Information gathered via Staffing Stations is transmitted directly into the customers’ candidate database, which includes all types of workers, and can also be transmitted quickly to managers in a non-Internet environment.

Additionally, Recruitsoft customers that have direct ownership of company proprietary assessment content can also become certified users of the ACE Assessment WebTop.
Retail Assessments
Recruitsoft has also designed and validated its own proprietary ACE Retail Assessments to improve staffing effectiveness specifically in retail organizations. Built with a bottom line focus by assessing key dimensions to improve retention, reduce shrinkage, and increase overall quality of hire, candidates that are assessed and hired through these retail assessment solutions are qualified for requisite knowledge, skills, background and abilities to perform the job. Similar to the third-party and customer proprietary assessments, Recruitsoft Retail Assessments are easily accessible through the Recruitsoft designed ACE Assessment WebTop.

Recent Hires
Nathan Mondragon, Ph.D was recently appointed senior industrial psychologist and brings more than a decade of experience in industrial and organizational psychology. Dr. Mondragon will manage the ongoing development of Recruitsoft’s ACE Retail Assessments and help support the certification of ACE Assessment WebTop partners. Prior to working at Recruitsoft, he was an Organizational Development Strategist of Global Learning and Development at Dell, Inc. Prior to Dell, Dr. Mondragon held several consulting and leadership positions at companies such as Development Dimensions International (DDI), SHL/Aspen Tree Software and Aon Consulting. In these roles he was responsible for market analysis, new product development, sales support, and consulting services leadership to mainly provide leading-edge assessment services. He was one of the pioneers in creating online assessment tools for hourly and professional hiring and has a deep history in retail assessment solutions.
Adam Brenner was recently appointed Recruitsoft director of sales, retail services, and brings more than 15 years of global sales experience across a wide range of industries, with particular focus on Retail, Human Resources and Technology. At Recruitsoft, Brenner will be responsible for implementing sales strategies and managing and overseeing the company’s global retail sales operations. Prior to joining Recruitsoft, Brenner was a regional sales manager at Unicru. Prior to that, he served as a managing director at Ariba, a leading Enterprise Spend Management (ESM) solutions provider, for the company’s Latin American Operations. At Ariba, he established operations across multiple countries in Latin America and under his leadership grew sales to $60 million in less than three years. Prior to that, he served as a regional sales director at PeopleSoft’s PeopleSoft Select division; and prior to that, he served as applications sales director at Oracle Corporation. Brenner has also held leadership positions both domestically and abroad for companies such as KPMG and Deloitte and Touche, among others.
Joining Brenner’s team, formerly a regional sales manger of Unicru, is Recruitsoft Account Executive Eddie Gray. Gray brings significant technology, human resources and manufacturing sales and management experience from companies such as Mercury Interactive, Optio Software, Parametric Technology and Honeywell.
