Society for Human Resource Management Selects Taleo to Manage Recruitment and Volunteer Member Directory
World’s largest HR association selects Taleo as key partner in managing volunteer recruitment and member directory for its 190,000 members
San Francisco, CA – December 14, 2004 – Taleo Corporation, the leading provider of enterprise talent management services and solutions, today announced that The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) selected its Enterprise Talent Management Solutions for the recruitment and staffing of its volunteer members. SHRM selected Taleo to manage the recruitment, selection and staffing processes for its volunteer members to more accurately match interested and qualified members with available volunteer opportunities. With Taleo’s solutions, SHRM will post volunteer openings on its website for members to access, browse, and post a profile for consideration for upcoming opportunities. In turn, SHRM staff can then locate and assign qualified members interested in specific positions, in specific geographies, with certain skills and experiences, through Taleo solutions.
