SAN FRANCISCO – June 8, 2005 – Taleo Corporation, a worldwide leader of on demand talent management solutions, today announced the appointment of Susan Chenoweth (formerly Susan Dwyer) to vice president of worldwide marketing. Ms. Chenoweth brings more than 20 years of software and technology marketing and communications experience to Taleo and has a proven track record of leading global marketing organizations in companies through significant stages of growth.
As vice president, worldwide marketing, Ms. Chenoweth will be responsible for Taleo's worldwide marketing strategy and programs including corporate communications, public relations, analyst relations, customer and partner communications, field marketing, direct marketing, and creative services. She will report to Jeff Carr, EVP of Global Sales & Marketing.

Ms. Chenoweth brings two decades of sales and marketing leadership experience from leading global technology companies including Commerce One, Netscape, Microsoft, IBM, and Tandem. Most recently, Ms. Chenoweth served as vice president of worldwide marketing at Grand Central Communications, a leading provider of on demand integration solutions. During her time at Grand Central, she had overall responsibility for corporate marketing, channel marketing, corporate communications, media and investor relations, and product marketing.
During her time at Commerce One, Ms. Chenoweth helped groom the company through its pre-IPO, private company era through its successful public offering. Ms. Chenoweth was also instrumental in growing the company from a $2M business to a run rate greater than $700M in 2000, through the execution of aggressive and successful marketing programs.

Ms. Chenoweth has a degree in Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara and completed Stanford's Executive Program.
