The survey, “Taleo Value and Customer Satisfaction Study,” revealed an industry-leading customer satisfaction rate of 97 percent and significant improvements and cost savings attributable to the use of Taleo’s talent management solutions.
In the survey, customers report that the top business challenge Taleo helps to solve is improving and reducing the cost of manual and inconsistent staffing processes. By using Taleo, customers are not only able to improve time to hire and overall staffing processes, but also provide visibility into business performance through real-time staffing metrics, and improve the quality and effectiveness of their workforce.
