San Francisco, CA – April 25, 2002

Recruitsoft, Inc., the leading provider of staffing management solutions for global organizations, disclosed today its plans for Recruitsoft Version 5.1, which will be released May 31. More than 100 users throughout the world joined Recruitsoft in Miami, FL, for the conference from April 24-26. Additionally, Peter Cappelli, professor of management at the Wharton Business School, and Michael Moe, partner, CFA, at ThinkEquity Partners, will be sharing important trends, views and statistics about the Human Capital and Staffing Management industries.

This release follows the company’s recent introduction of the Recruitsoft 5 Enterprise Staffing Solution, which has already gained significant adoption by global organizations due to its leap forward in technology supporting global staffing processes. With the introduction of 5.1, global enterprise will have enhanced functionality relating to global capabilities, particularly with regard to localization. Additionally, Recruitsoft will introduce its staffing agency portal, which will provide clients with an integrated online staffing solution capable of dealing directly with staffing agencies and avoiding the maintenance of separate expensive recruitment channels. The portal will be linked to the corporate Web site and is designed to be the sole mechanism through which staffing agencies can submit resumes and candidates.
