Recruitsoft, Inc., the leading provider of staffing management solutions for global organizations, announced today at its Annual Users Conference in Miami, FL, that it will support and facilitate a Global Users Group that will be operated by its customers.

The Global Users Group will be comprised of Recruitsoft users throughout the world. Recruitsoft has also disclosed that a president will be elected at the Global Users Group’s first meeting. Recent enhancements for the Recruitsoft Enterprise Staffing Solution, which will be released in Version 5.1 on May 31st, were announced yesterday at the Users Conference and include various enhancements relating to global capabilities, particularly with regard to localization. The Recruitsoft Enterprise Staffing Solution has already gained significant adoption by global organizations due to its leap forward in technology supporting global staffing processes and configurable workflow. At the conference, Recruitsoft conducted a survey that found that 100 percent of its customers were very satisfied or satisfied with its solution and technical support teams. Recruitsoft has also recently enhanced its International Data Privacy Toolkit, which includes best practices and methodologies designed to assist global organizations adhere to data privacy standards around the world.
Today, at Recruitsoft’s Users Conference, Peter Cappelli, professor of management at the Wharton Business School stated, “We have to find a better way to match human capital supply with demand.” He added, “Recruitsoft understands how to apply supply-chain management concepts to recruiting and staffing to deliver effective staffing management solutions to its customers.”
