Recruitsoft Customers Form Regional, Global User Groups and Product Council

Meetings provide knowledge sharing and establish solutions development priorities

San Francisco, CA – December 4, 2002 –

Recruitsoft, the leader in staffing management services and solutions for large organizations, announced recently that it has fostered the start of six Users Groups: four Regional Users Groups, a Global Users Group and a Product Council, which is comprised of elected Users Group leaders. The groups recently completed a first round of meetings in various regions, and culminated with a Product Council meeting at Recruitsoft’s R&D facility in Quebec City, Canada. Two additional Users Groups are planned for the near future, a European Users Group and an Asia-Pacific Users Group.

Since September, five Recruitsoft User Groups and the Product Council have been formed, held meetings and elections, established by-laws and contributed priorities to the Recruitsoft solution development process. The Regional Users Groups include the Western US, Central US, Eastern US and Canada. A separate Global Users Group addresses the issues facing companies that have implemented Recruitsoft solutions worldwide. Currently, Recruitsoft solutions are utilized in more than 65 countries. Each User Group also elected a member of the Product Council.

“The primary reason behind fostering the start of our Users Groups and Product Council was to establish a truly transparent process for solutions development as Recruitsoft continues to grow,” said Diane Pardee, Recruitsoft vice president of corporate marketing and communication. “Also, when we held our World Users Conference last April, our users enjoyed sharing a tremendous amount of knowledge surrounding best practices for staffing management utilizing Recruitsoft solutions. We wanted to fully support that knowledge sharing process.” She continued, “I would like to recognize the commitment and leadership exhibited by our User Group leaders and product council members. Recruitsoft is honored to have such customers and colleagues.” According to Pardee, while the Users Groups were established with the help of Recruitsoft, the Groups will operate as self-run; Recruitsoft will participate as a liaison.
