Bernard Hodes Group and Recruitsoft to Offer Integrated Package of Recruiting Services Over the Web
Alliance is First to Link Traditional Recruiting Services With Internet Based Hiring Management System’s Desktop Technology

Bernard Hodes Group, a division of Omnicom (NYSE: OMC), and Recruitsoft, today announced an agreement to jointly develop and market a comprehensive package of corporate recruiting services. Designed to be a total solution for managers and recruiters involved in the hiring process, the new service will link Bernard Hodes Group’s advertising, consulting and human resources services with Recruitsoft’s Internet-based Hiring Management System. The solution will be delivered to client companies utilizing Recruitsoft’s proprietary desktop technology for recruiters.

Both companies are dedicating staff to the alliance in the areas of solution development, marketing and sales support. In addition, a training program is already underway to cross-train marketing and sales people from each company in the other’s services, and in the joint solution.
In linking all aspects of recruiting, both internal and external, into one comprehensive package, the Bernard Hodes Group/Recruitsoft solution will offer corporations a number of important benefits:

Marketing and sales of the new recruitment service package will be carried out by people from both Bernard Hodes Group and Recruitsoft. According to both companies, actual sales contracts are currently under negotiation.
