"Michel brings more than 20 years of engineering and information technology systems development and integration management experience to this new role," said Ouellet. "We look forward to his contribution to our overall strategy to maintain a robust product development staff to provide superior and innovative solutions to our leading client base of Global 500 companies such as Hewlett Packard, Dow Chemical, Hasbro, Deloitte & Touche, Met Life and United Airlines." Ouellet continued, "We intend to continue to build upon our team as the company continues to grow and expand its offerings. We currently introduce a new version of our solution every three months, with fast-track updates more frequently. We feel our developers are challenged, rewarded and find true career development in working with Recruitsoft. Our R&D turnover rate speaks for itself, at 4.2 percent."
Before joining Recruitsoft, Cote was vice president of consulting services at CGI Information and Management Consultants Inc. Previously, he spent several years at Gendron Lefebvre, serving as the Director of Geomatics and the Director of Information Systems.
Louis Tetu, CEO of Recruitsoft, added, "Our industry-leading R&D bandwidth enables us to constantly add new features and functionality to our end-to-end solution, and to create new products to meet the evolving needs of our large customer base. We also employ the largest and most experienced staff of consultants in our industry, who work with clients to engineer hiring and talent matching processes to enhance and sustain competitive advantage. For example, our consultants help corporate recruiters to alleviate their resume-handling pain, and then they take the process further by helping the corporation move easily toward a skills-based platform, allowing it to optimally facilitate hiring as well as internal talent matching and deployment."
Recruitsoft, which launched its solution in September 1999, is focused solely on helping global corporations optimize hiring and talent matching/deployment processes to enhance and sustain competitive advantage. The Company currently has more than 60 clients, primarily Global 500 firms. "We believe our product adoption rate provides another benchmark for the online hiring management marketplace. In the month of April alone, we signed such leading companies as Nokia, American Airlines, Air Canada, ADC Telecommunications and IBM Canada," said Tetu. He added, "Clients choose Recruitsoft based on many variables, including: our award-winning product, which enables large, global corporations to save hundreds of millions of dollars through reengineering the business process of hiring; our vision for optimizing online human capital management; our senior-level consulting professionals who not only implement our solution but also help our clients to address change-management and reengineering issues; our 24/7 customer support that is second to none; and finally, but perhaps most importantly, our substantial lead in R&D bandwidth."
