Recruitsoft, Inc., the leading provider of online hiring management solutions, today announced a new version of its premier online hiring management system, Recruiter WebTop™. Recruiter WebTop™ powers the career Web pages of global corporations and provides a complete business application over the Internet, supporting every aspect of the corporate recruiting process, from requisition creation, workflow, skills-based profiling and email alerts about exceptional or ACE candidates, to automated candidate communication.

With the introduction of Recruiter WebTop™ Version 4.0, recruiters and hiring managers are able to utilize the skills-based platform to communicate with candidates and internal employees in Spanish and German, in addition to the existing English and French languages. As such, recruiters are able to choose the appropriate regional language to create requisitions and skills-based questionnaires configured within the online corporate careers page. Recruitsoft’s existing open architecture system has been designed to support an unlimited number of languages without the need of any additional programming. Furthermore, Recruitsoft’s ability to accept candidate resumes in roughly 120 different languages allows hiring managers and recruiters worldwide to identify, interview and hire qualified candidates, faster.

EEO compliance and full workflow for a systematic hiring process
Recruitsoft's Version 4.0 supports the new race and ethnicity data collection format required by the US Federal agency, Office of Management and Budget's, October 1997 ruling. All companies recruiting in the US are required to adopt this new format as soon as possible, but no later than January 1st, 2003. The Recruitsoft solution supports a configurable EEO data collection workflow process for US-based companies and Federal Contractors. Not only the law but the spirit of EEO requirements are advanced by Recruiter WebTop's automated workflow, which provides a standardized process for pre-screening candidates in real time, with full reporting capabilities at all levels of the organization.

Recruitsoft’s workflow features also improve communication among recruiters, hiring managers and applicants. Further examples of workflow automation within Recruitsoft’s hiring management solution include applicant routing, requisition routing and approval, sourcing, pre-screening, including comments from all relevant parties, among others.


Unlimited career Web sites
Also with Version 4.0, Recruitsoft clients gain the ability to create and configure an unlimited number of career sections on the corporate Web site on an as-needed basis. Embedded in the application, this feature requires no additional programming, and thus, accommodates the global needs of clients by allowing them to tailor each career Web site based on the region of the available position. Hence, Recruiter WebTop™ Version 4.0 significantly enhances the corporate recruiter's ability to manage and process candidate requisitions worldwide, enhancing Recruitsoft's preeminent workflow functionality, which ensures a standard and systematic hiring process.
