Recruitsoft, Inc., the leading provider of online talent hiring and optimization solutions for large corporations, has been ranked first in overall customer satisfaction by the Electronic Recruiting Exchange (ERE) Research survey (www.erexchange.com/ats2001/) of online hiring management solutions (HMS) users. The ERE study surveyed 775 recruitment professionals employed by Fortune 500 corporations, mid-sized companies and staffing firms. ERE's 2001 Applicant Tracking Systems: Industry Analysis & Product Guide presents respondents' evaluation of each of the 16 leading HMS providers' System Performance, Vendor Performance and Functionality. Recruitsoft scored highest for overall customer satisfaction among the 16 vendors reviewed. Including Recruitsoft, nine of the 16 vendors reviewed serve large corporations; the others serve recruitment and staffing agencies and small to mid-sized companies. HMS users participating in the survey were asked to rank each item from 1 (very unsatisfied) to 5 (very satisfied). In addition to ranking first overall among all vendors, Recruitsoft ranked highest in each of the three categories among its closest peers, the nine HMS serving large corporations:
