Recruitsoft, Inc., the leading provider of online talent hiring and optimization solutions for large corporations, announced today that it has selected the webMethods integration platform to provide seamless connectivity for Recruitsoft clients to leading Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), including mySAP' Human Resources (mySAP HR). Recruitsoft previously provided such connectivity through company-specific consulting and development engagements. This new agreement will save both time and cost for Recruitsoft clients.
By leveraging the webMethods integration platform, Recruitsoft clients will be able to extend their recruiting and talent optimization processes over the Internet and integrate with mySAP Human Resources and other HRIS using open and non-proprietary technology. For example, the SAP® Business Connector allows for bi-directional, real-time and asynchronous communication to and from the SAP application.
