Recruitsoft the leading provider of Web-based hiring management systems for large corporations, announced today it has named Chad H. Theule to the newly created position of director of customer success, reporting to Guy Gauvin, vice president, customer services.
Theule joins Recruitsoft from Lucent Technologies where he was director of global recruitment process and technology. In that capacity, Theule was responsible for the design, development and evaluation of all recruitment technology initiatives and provided recruiting leadership and support to Lucent's approximately 125,000 employees. While with Lucent, Theule led the early adoption of Internet sourcing and resume mining and directed the implementation of several web-based hiring management systems and processes. Theule also oversaw long range strategic planning, budgeting, and project management for global recruitment technology and was responsible for a department budget of over $7 million. Prior to joining Lucent, Theule was director of new business development with Monster.com.
