Sutter Health, Northern California's leading non-profit provider of health care services and programs, today announced that it has expanded its deployment of Recruitsoft’s Recruiter WebTop™ solution to speed and facilitate recruiting for its hospitals and care centers. Sutter Health has hospitals and care centers in more than 100 Northern California communities; more than two-dozen acute care hospitals; physician training programs, medical research facilities, region-wide home health, hospice and occupational health networks; and long term care centers. Sutter's hospitals and care centers employ more than 40,000 people.
Sutter Health’s system office, and Sutter Ambulatory Care, both in the Sacramento area, began using Recruitsoft in July of this year. According to Keith L. Vencel, Product Manager--Employment, "Our organization is looking to reduce the cycle time per hire, the cost-per-hire and increase the quality of new hires for retention purposes."
