We market our enterprise talent management solution, Taleo Enterprise, to medium and large-sized organizations through our direct sales force and indirectly through our strategic partnerships with leading business process outsourcing providers. We market our solution for small to medium-sized organizations, Taleo Business Edition, through our telesales team and Internet marketing efforts.

Taleo commenced its initial public offering on September 29, 2005, at a price per share of $14.00. Citigroup was the lead book-running manager, with Merrill Lynch, JPMorgan, CIBC and ThinkEquity as co-managers.

How long has Taleo been in business and where is it incorporated?

Has Taleo made any acquisitions since its inception?

In October 2003, Taleo acquired White Amber, Inc., a vendor of solutions to manage temporary staff, which is now our Taleo Contingent solution. In March 2005, we acquired Recruitforce.com, a provider of on demand staffing management solutions for small to medium-sized organizations, which gave us the technology for our Business Edition offering. In 2007, Taleo acquired the intellectual property of JobFlash, Inc., a leader in on demand, hourly, volume hiring with multilingual telephone interactive voice response (IVR) solutions, and interview scheduling applications. In October 2007, Taleo strengthened its position within the retail industry with the acquisition of WetFeet, Inc. Most recently, Taleo acquired the private talent management provider, Vurv Technology, Inc. in July 2008.
